Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Hong Kong
- Macau
- Singapore
- Malaysia
- United Arab Emirates
Delivery Methods

Hong Kong:
- Orders totaling HKD 500 or above will qualify for free delivery.
- For orders under HKD 499, a delivery fee will be applied.
- Macau: Deliveries will be handled by Standard Delivery
- Singapore and Malaysia: Deliveries will be managed by Standard Delivery and FedEx. Please provide your FedEx personal account number during checkout. Do not have an account yet? Create now
Fees and Taxes
All delivery fees and applicable taxes will be charged to customers.
Enjoy DDU shipping (Delivered Duty Unpaid) means we deliver goods to your specified destination, and paying transport costs and bearing risks until delivery, but exclude the payments on all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
Using Your Own Courier
If you wish to use your own courier service to collect your parcel, please contact us directly for arrangements.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the decision of METZ Luxury Tea shall be final.
