Shipping policy

Home Delivery: Customers can enjoy Free shipping after each order amount has reached $800 or above (Exclude Remote and Surcharge areas). Otherwise, the additional delivery fee will be calculated when you check out or you can select the option to pay by cash on delivery. 

Remarks: For products to be shipped from our warehouses, the lead time will take around 7 working days subject to the available inventory. No delivery service on public holidays.

Pick-up Service: Pick up your item at your nearest pop-up METZ Luxury Tea Store, you may refer to the store location page.

Remarks: Available for pick-up within 7 days
