order to either approve a new supplier, or maintain a relationship with an existing supplier.
What we look for:
•100% prohibition on child labour
•Medical policy or on-site clinic
•Fair compensation
•Education plan for estate workers and their families
•Suitable housing for estate workers
•General respect for labor force
