Ideal Brewing Temperature

90°C/194°F.

For Food Safety reasons bring water to 100ºC/212ºF and let it cool down to 90°C/194°F.

For Iced Tea Bags: 1 Iced Tea Bag for 4 Litres of water. We suggest use of party and restaurants. Steep for 5 minutes using at a temperature of 90°C/194°F, add ice, sweeten syrup or a dollop of honey as you prefer. Or you can soak the tea bags and then refrigerate them overnight for better taste!
