How to Brew with Our Matcha Powder:
Recipe: Twisted Matcha
Put 200ml of water into a pan, add two chili pods, and place it over low fire. Bring it to boil and let it cool down to approximately 80ºC. Scoop matcha into a chawan. Remove chili pods and pour half of the water into a chawan and use chasen to make a forth, pour the rest of the water and add lime juice. Serve in a glass cup of chawan.
