Since the kettles are all made by hand, black marks, spots, streaks, and transparent marks on the glass surface are normal phenomena during the production process. These are located in the interlayer between the glass and the stainless-steel outer layer and do not affect the use of the kettle.

- To clean and remove stains on external casing, wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately
